After achieving this accomplishment, I worked in Pediatric primary care and pediatric urgent care for almost 3 years before moving to Colorado in 2021, where I worked with a company that provided mobile vaccine clinics to patients of all ages. In 2025, my family and I decided to return home to Texas to be closer to family and friends, which led me to apply for this position at Pediatricz Now Primary Care in San Antonio. I am excited to join the team and help provide the best pediatric primary care I can to the community here in San Antonio, Texas.

Louis Nistal was born and raised in Mexico City. He attended the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), where he completed his medical studies and graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1984. He then served as a rural area physician for two years.

In 1986, Louis moved to the United States, where he worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant. He also spent several years teaching as a Medical Assistant professor.

Louis later decided to become a Physician Assistant and completed his training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He has since worked as both a Family Practice Physician Assistant and a Pediatric Physician Assistant.
