Lakita Hopkins is Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. With a strong educational background, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Houston.
Lakita is excited about her role as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Pediatricz Now. Prior to her current position, she spent six years as a labor and delivery registered nurse, gaining valuable experience in maternal and newborn health.
Lakita’s commitment and exceptional skills have been recognized throughout her career. She was honored as a nominee for the Daisy Award, a prestigious recognition given to nurses who exemplify extraordinary patient care.
As a member of the Sigma Theta Tau honors society, Lakita actively engages in professional associations and stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in healthcare. She strives to consistently deliver compassionate and evidence-based care to her young patients.
